PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

We accept credit card and cash payments only. A 4.5% service tax is added on all transactions.

Refund policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order for the deposit to go towards your next booking. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit and will have to set up a new appointment.

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if not canceled more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling policy

You are only allowed ONE rescheduling for your deposit to transfer over. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit and will have to set up a new appointment.

Lateness policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please note, we provide a generous 15-minute grace period should you be running late to your appointment. Arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period must be rescheduled and you forfeit your deposit.

No call no show policy

Should you no call no show, you will be charged half the amount of the remaining balance of the service.
